2. Contact Our Insurance

This is the GCB Guarantee. We ask all of our customers to go directly to our insurance underwriters before we provide an estimate. You’ll then receive an up-to-date copy of our insurance.

3. Schedule the
Work

When steps 1 and 2 are complete, the only thing left to do is to schedule the work to be completed. We are known industry-wide for completing projects on time and on budget, and we will work with your schedule!

We encourage our customers to contact our insurer directly to obtain an up-to-date copy of our insurance paperwork, to ensure that you have correct information.

Since a fly-by-night company can purchase insurance, cancel the policy, and keep the certificate for up to a year, we do not provide certificates to our customers and ask instead that they contact our underwriter, Andrus Insurance, directly to obtain a legal and up-to-date copy of our policy. It is our guarantee to ensure you that you are protected.

Once an estimate is requested, we will collect all necessary information about your home and provide an estimate custom tailored to your needs. We cannot provide a quote based solely on square footage.
